This Privacy Policy also explains the choices and privacy rights that may be available to you.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Synthera in connection with the Services.

It does not automatically apply to:

• third-party software developers;
• third-party product providers;

3.3 Payment Information

Payments may be processed through one or more third-party payment providers.

Where a third-party product independently collects device, hardware or activation information, that collection is controlled by the applicable provider and should be described in the provider’s own privacy terms.

Synthera does not claim responsibility for data processing performed independently by a third-party product provider outside Synthera’s control.

Legitimate Interests

Processing necessary for legitimate interests such as:

Consent

Consent may be used for:

• optional analytics cookies;

• other processing where consent is required.

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it through the available settings or by contacting Synthera.

Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing invalid.

Synthera may allow users to hold or use an internal account balance.

To operate this functionality, Synthera may process:

• current balance;
• balance additions;
• balance deductions;
• purchase history;
• adjustments;
• refunds credited to balance;
• transaction references;
• fraud-prevention records.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, an internal account balance:

• is not a bank account;
• is not a cryptocurrency wallet;
• does not earn interest;
• is not legal tender;
• may only be used as described by Synthera;
• may be subject to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Balance records may be retained where necessary for accounting, security and dispute-resolution purposes.

Synthera does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

We may share limited information where necessary with the categories of recipients below.

9.1 Hosting and Infrastructure Providers

Information may be processed by providers that host, deliver, secure or maintain the Services.

Synthera uses Cloudflare for infrastructure, security, traffic delivery or related website services.

Cloudflare may process technical information such as:

• IP addresses;
• request data;
• browser information;
• security signals;
• cookies or similar identifiers;
• network logs.

Cloudflare processes information according to its own applicable privacy terms and its agreement with Synthera.

9.2 Database and Storage Providers

Account, order, balance and operational information may be stored through database, hosting or storage providers used by Synthera.

Such providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide their services, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

The exact technical provider may change as Synthera infrastructure develops.

9.3 Payment Providers

Payment and transaction information may be shared with payment processors, banks, card networks, cryptocurrency payment services or fraud-prevention providers involved in a transaction.

These parties may process information independently under their own legal obligations and privacy terms.

The relevant provider should be identified during checkout where required.

9.4 Product Providers

Synthera may share limited order, license or technical information with a third-party product provider where reasonably necessary to:

• issue a license;
• verify delivery;
• check activation status;

Synthera should not share unrelated account or payment information with a product provider.

• fraud investigators;
• authorities acting under a valid legal request.

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose should be disclosed.

9.6 Business Transfers

If Synthera is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of business assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Where required, users will be informed of a material change in the entity responsible for their information.

Synthera, its infrastructure providers, payment providers and product providers may operate in different countries.

As a result, information may be processed outside the country where you live.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Synthera will use an appropriate legal mechanism or require the relevant provider to maintain suitable protections.

The privacy and data-protection laws of another country may differ from those in your country.

Synthera retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

• providing the Services;
• maintaining accounts;
• processing orders;
• maintaining account balances;
• handling support requests;

• support records may be retained while needed to resolve or document a request;
• fraud and dispute records may be retained while necessary to protect the Services or address a claim.

When information is no longer reasonably required, it will be deleted, anonymized or securely isolated, subject to applicable technical and legal limitations.

Deleting an account may not require Synthera to delete information that must be retained for:

• financial records;
• fraud prevention;
• legal claims;
• transaction evidence;
• compliance with applicable law.

Synthera uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against:

• unauthorized access;
• unauthorized disclosure;
• alteration;
• misuse;
• accidental loss;
• destruction.

These measures may include:

• encrypted HTTPS connections;
• authentication controls;
• access limitations;
• infrastructure security;
• database protections;
• logging and monitoring;
• protection against malicious traffic.

No internet-based service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You are responsible for:

• using a strong password;
• keeping account credentials confidential;
• protecting access to your email account;
• logging out of shared devices;
• reporting suspected unauthorized access.

The Services may use essential cookies necessary for:

• authentication;
• session management;
• account security;
• checkout;
• account balances;
• fraud prevention;
• website preferences;
• traffic delivery.

Essential cookies cannot always be disabled through the website because the requested Services may not function without them.

If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, they should not be activated where consent is legally required until the user has made an appropriate choice.

Where available, cookie preferences may be managed through:

• a cookie consent banner;
• cookie settings;
• browser settings.

Blocking cookies through a browser may affect account, checkout or other website functionality.

Full details should be maintained in the separate Synthera Cookie Policy.

Synthera may use privacy-conscious or consent-based analytics to understand general website usage and performance.

If optional third-party analytics are enabled:

• the relevant provider must be documented;
• the provider must be added to the Cookie Policy;
• consent must be obtained where required;
• users must be given a way to reject or withdraw consent where required.

Until an analytics provider is technically confirmed, this Privacy Policy does not identify a specific analytics service.

Synthera may send communications necessary to provide the Services, including:

• order confirmations;
• payment notifications;
• delivery messages;
• account-security notices;
• support responses;
• material policy updates.

These transactional communications are not promotional marketing.

Synthera will not send optional email marketing where prior consent is legally required unless the user has provided that consent.

If optional marketing is introduced, users will be provided with an appropriate unsubscribe method.

Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent necessary transactional or security communications.

The Services are intended only for users aged 18 and older.

Synthera does not knowingly provide accounts or products to children.

If we learn that personal information belonging to a person under 18 has been collected in violation of these Terms, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and delete or restrict that information where appropriate.

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has provided information to Synthera may contact us using the details below.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• receive information about data processing;
• request access to personal information;
• obtain a copy of certain information;
• correct inaccurate information;
• complete incomplete information;
• request deletion;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to certain processing;
• withdraw consent;
• request data portability;
• complain to an applicable data-protection authority;
• receive information about certain automated decisions.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions.

Synthera may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.

We will not request more information than reasonably necessary for verification.

You may request deletion of your account or personal information through an available Synthera support channel.

Current support destination:

https://discord.gg/synthera

A dedicated privacy email must be added before final publication:

A deletion request should identify the relevant account without publicly exposing:

• a password;
• complete payment information;
• authentication codes;
• a complete license key.

Deletion may not include information that Synthera must retain for legal, payment, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Synthera or its service providers may use automated signals to identify:

• suspicious login activity;
• unusual transactions;
• malicious requests;
• payment fraud;
• repeated account abuse;
• attempts to bypass security restrictions.

These signals may result in:

• additional verification;
• temporary transaction review;
• delayed delivery;
• temporary account restriction;
• manual investigation.

Where required by applicable law, you may request human review of a decision that produces a significant legal or similarly significant effect.

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” or similar signals.

Because there is no single universally applied standard for every such signal, Synthera’s response may depend on applicable law and available technical support.

Where a legally recognized opt-out signal applies to a form of processing used by Synthera, Synthera will take reasonable steps to respect it.

The Services may link to:

• Discord;
• payment providers;
• product providers;
• game-related websites;
• external resources;
• other third-party services.

Synthera does not control the privacy practices of those services.

Before providing personal information to a third party, you should review its privacy policy and terms.

A link from Synthera does not mean that Synthera controls or endorses every privacy practice of the linked service.

Synthera may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:

• changes to the Services;
• new technical providers;
• changes to payment methods;
• changes to data practices;
• legal requirements;
• security improvements;
• clarification of existing practices.

The current version will display an updated “Last Updated” date.

Where required by law or where a change materially affects users, Synthera will provide reasonable notice.
